Co-creating a company (PAST)

I’ve learned a lot about myself as a person through this entrepreneurial journey. And have also seen how I was previously unaware of my own need to be successful (reputationally & monetary) and what kind of decisions that lead to.

When starting a company there can be a sense of, “I have to out-smart the rest of the market”. I have to think of that genius next idea. Keep it to myself. And execute on it through hard work.

I feel clarity on the energy behind the next company I want to start. Coming from co-creation, love, wholeness, and patience. Yet I don’t know the form that it should take. Can I trust the process of collaborating with other people in finding that form, instead of having to think of it all myself? Letting the collective intelligence help guide me in the direction needed for collective. I feel it requires another level of trust that I might be ready for. On the other side, I am also just a young chap that is also in a life phase of wanting to be very expansive and fast-paced. Can I stay connected to my heart and have a long-term horizon? Let’s find out!

This idea was tried with the company INJOY. The learnings were that it was necessary to still have enough clarity on vision to make a company work in the current economy, and that purely being in a certain state or energy, at this moment in time, did not give us enough income.
